Biodegradable - ECO WAX IN
is developed by ECOPAINT Corporation and is an ECO Product.
Beeswax and carnauba wax are recommended for finishing or maintaining internal wood
For finishing and treating floors, doors, windows, panels, cork, stucco and furniture. The surfaces look silky and soft. Also suitable for saunas because beeswax and carnauba resist high temperatures of up to a maximum of 120 ºC. The wood does not peel or crack.
CHARACTERISTICS
Protection – WAX creates a protective layer over stucco, helping to prevent damage from moisture, dust and dirt.
Waterproofing – Ingredients such as tung oil and carnauba wax are known for their water repellent properties, helping to make the surface more resistant to moisture penetration.
Aesthetics – WAX can enhance the texture and natural color of stucco, giving a more polished and attractive finish. Beeswax, in particular, can provide a soft, natural shine.
Fungus and Mould Resistance – Tung oil has antifungal properties, which can help prevent the growth of fungus and mould in humid environments.
Sustainability – Using natural ingredients such as beeswax and vegetable oils is a more environmentally friendly and sustainable option compared to synthetic nail polishes, which can contain harmful chemicals.
Ease of Maintenance – Surfaces treated with this type of WAX are generally easier to clean, as the protective layer reduces the adhesion of dirt and dust.

APPLICATION
The surface must be dry, free from dust and grease. Do not apply at temperatures below 16ºC.
On already varnished surfaces, they will have to be well sanded (120 or 150 carpenter’s sandpaper), where you have to break the existing shine and create a matte base, then clean the surfaces, grind them with sandpaper again and only then apply the wax.
On wood, apply with a cloth or brush. Leave to dry after 30 to 45 minutes, polish gently by hand with a lint-free cloth or white sponge pad.
Note: In resinous wood or wood with a lot of tannins, we recommend washing the surface with ethyl alcohol or turpentine before applying the wax.
Apply the wax with a non-absorbent cloth and spread. Let it dry for a few minutes and then polish it with a cloth that does not absorb the varnish to make the operation possible. Can be polished with a polishing machine.
